Medium Cutting Pad Zvizzer All Rounder Orange, 125/140mm offers medium polishing for a perfect finish. It is designed to eliminate medium defects.
The pad is suitable for use with rotary polishers, dual action, or orbital machines. It consists of 2 layers of foam, where the contact layer with the paint is a high-quality open-cell foam. The thin foam layer between the primary foam layer and the polisher is made from a special type of foam/rubber.
It ensures good weight distribution and good weight distribution. Polishing with a DA machine reduces vibrations and prevents the polish from passing through the foam and rising to the velcro fastener. The hole in the middle reduces the effects of heat, which often concentrates in the middle and deforms the disc.
Trapezoidal shapes mean you get a slightly larger outer diameter. This is an advantage for the dual action polisher. But also for the lathe, as the disc can be tilted on an edge and at the same time the disc bends.
