Have you registered the order and want to cancel it?
If you want to partially modify the products in the order or add another(s), modify invoicing data or delivery data, just send us an email. The changes will be made during the working hours.
If it has been taken over by a Sales Consultant, you can send the request to cancel the order by email.
Has the canceled order been paid by Payment Order?
It means that the money is in the Pro Detailing account. You can request them and they will be returned to your account (also by bank transfer) or you can use them for a future order.
