1. General conditions
PRO WASH DETAILING S.R.L. offers the possibility of returning the products to customers who notify their intention within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the package.
The return of the package is made exclusively by the payment of the costs by the Client. The products can be returned through any courier company that ensures the delivery of the return package to the Merchant's address. In case of withdrawal from the contract, the customer is obliged to return the purchased products within a maximum of 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract.
2. Methods and deadlines for returning products
The customer is required to notify PRO WASH DETAILING S.R.L. its intention to return the purchased products by e-mail to we@pro-detailing.de or by phone at 0755.125.400 within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the products. Otherwise, PRO WASH DETAILING S.R.L. may refuse the package.
When returning the product by courier, it is mandatory to complete the return form for tracking and recording the delivery by the courier, as well as for the proper conduct of the entire process. You can find the return form in your order page from your account.
After receiving the product, you will be contacted by one of the PRO DETAILING operators to confirm and establish the details of refund or replacement of the product.
3. Product return conditions
In any situation of returning the products, they must be in the same condition in which they were sent to the Customer, in the original packaging, with the labels intact and together with all the documents that accompanied it (invoice, warranty certificate, etc.). The returned products must be in the same condition as on receipt, without defects, except for hidden defects and except for defects already reported by the Customer in correspondence with PRO DETAILING.
The returned products must respect the initial values written on the packaging. Products that have already been used and can no longer be resold are not accepted.
In accordance with the law in force, PRO DETAILING reserves the right not to accept the return of products that, by their nature, cannot be returned or that can degrade (perishable) or deteriorate quickly.
Products that make up a set must be returned as a set.
If an order to which a gift product has been offered is returned in full, the customer is obliged to return the gift product in its original condition, undamaged and unsealed.
4. Deadlines for refunds
For full order returns, the Customer receives the money for the returned products and the cost of transport initially paid within 14 calendar days from the date on which PRO DETAILING is informed by the customer about his decision to return the products and the written request to be reimbursed. This request is considered valid only if it is accompanied by the complete details necessary to return the money.
After the validation of the return of the products by our agent, the Client can receive, at his choice, the equivalent value of the products or their equivalent in the form of other products with equal values.
5. The right of withdrawal
In accordance with the Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 regarding the consumer’s rights within the contracts concluded with the professionals, as well as for the modification and completion of some normative acts, the Client has the following rights and obligations regarding the withdrawal from the distance contract:
The client has the right, before the expiration of the withdrawal period, to withdraw from the contract, without having to justify the withdrawal decision and without incurring other costs than those provided in art. 13 paragraph (3) and art. 14 of GEO No. 34/2014, within 14 days starting from the day when it enters into physical possession of the product. Return costs are supported by the Customer.
The customer is required to return only those products that are in the same condition in which they were delivered (in the original packaging with all accessories, with intact labels and accompanying documents). Products that show physical changes, blows, shards, scratches, shocks, traces of excessive use and / or unauthorized interventions, etc. are not accepted for return.
PRO DETAILING will reimburse to the Client the value of the product in maximum 14 (fourteen) days from the date of the informing made by the Client to PRO DETAILING regarding the decision to withdraw from the contract.
PRO DETAILING will be able to postpone the refund of the value of the product until the receipt of the sold product or until the receipt of a proof according to which it has been shipped.
According to the law, the following are exempted from the right of withdrawal from the Contract:
* service contracts, after the full provision of services, if the execution began with the prior express consent of the Client and after he confirmed that he became aware of the fact that he will lose his right of withdrawal after the full execution of the Contract by the Seller ;
* the supply of Goods and / or services whose price depends on the fluctuations on the financial market that the Seller cannot control and which may take place during the withdrawal period;
* supply of Goods made according to the specifications presented by the Buyer or clearly customized;
* the supply of Goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly;
* the supply of sealed Goods that cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed by the Buyer;
* the supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other elements;
* contracts in case the Customer has specifically requested the Seller to travel to his home to perform urgent repair or maintenance work. If, on the occasion of such a visit, the Seller provides other services than those expressly requested by the Buyer or provides other Goods than the spare parts necessary for the execution of maintenance or repair work, the right of withdrawal applies to those Services or additional Goods ;
* providing sealed audio or video recordings that have been unsealed after delivery;
* providing newspapers, periodicals and magazines, except for subscription contracts for the supply of such publications;
* the provision of digital content that is not delivered on a material support, if the service began with the prior express consent of the Customer and after he has confirmed that he has become aware of the fact that he will lose his right of withdrawal. These limitations apply according to GEO 34/2014 art. 16.
6. Exercising the right of withdrawal
If the Client requests the withdrawal from the Contract within the legal term of withdrawal from the contract, if the Order is paid, PRO DETAILING is required to return the amount within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of informing by the Client regarding his decision to withdraw from the Contract.
The amount will be returned as follows:
* for Orders paid with Payment Order / Refund / iTransfer / Bank Card-> by bank transfer to the account provided by the Client;
The client will inform PRO DETAILING regarding his intention to withdraw from the contract by completing the e-mail at we@pro-detailing.de
