High Temperature Grease Mannol LC2 Ester 8104, 400g

High Temperature Grease Mannol LC2 Ester 8104, 400g is a universal anti-wear, heat-resistant grease based on highly refined mineral oils, with a thermally stable complex lithium soap thickener supplemented with synthetic esters and special anti-wear, antioxidant, and anti-corrosion additives. Developed for long-term lubrication of ball and roller bearings operating under high thermal and mechanical loads.

Properties:

- the presence of synthetic esters significantly enhances the anti-wear, anti-seizing, and anti-friction properties of the grease;
- retains performance properties from -30 °C to +170 °C, which increases the lifespan of bearings;
- forms a durable lubrication film resistant to water, temperature, and contamination, extending change intervals and reducing maintenance costs;
- protects bearings and other separate parts against corrosion;
- has good thermal and mechanical stability, effectively resists oxidation;
- meets a wide range of requirements, allowing the use of a single grease in most friction units;
- compatible with most standard lithium greases;
- the consistency of the grease remains constant during long-term storage. Shelf life is 5 years from the date of production.

Application: For lubricating roller and sliding bearings under heavy loads, wheel hub bearings, various joints, universal joints, suspension units, and other units exposed to shock and vibration loads in vehicles, agricultural and off-road equipment. In commercial vehicles – for assemblies working under medium and high loads (bearings and axle transmissions, cardan shaft bearings, wheel hubs, tipping bodies, towing devices, cardan shafts, steering joints, lifting devices, handbrake actuators, fifth wheel couplings).

Suitable for use in industrial equipment requiring high-pressure grease NLGI 2: foundries, vibrating machines, mining, roller conveyors, etc.
