High Strength Thread Locker Mannol 9927, 10g is a tool for securing all types of threads (strong fixation): screws, nuts, pins, bolts, etc. It prevents self-loosening of fasteners due to increased loads and vibrations. Suitable for all threaded connections in all parts of machines, motorcycles, commercial vehicles, as well as in industry and everyday life. It can be used for sealing threads and narrow gaps, as well as for corrosion protection.
Properties:
- prevents loosening and firmly secures metal threaded connections up to and including M20 in diameter;
- completely fills thread gaps, seals them, preventing leaks of oil, water, fuel, technical fluids, and air, as well as corrosion;
- withstands high loads and vibrations: applicable in engines, transmissions, gearboxes;
- suitable for securing bearings, support screws, pins, and plugs;
- for M10 threads, can withstand up to 38 N•m of torque;
- operating temperature range from -60 °C to +150 °C;
- applicable on greasy surfaces and on galvanized threads;
Application: Apply evenly on the screw and nut. The connection sets in 10-20 minutes, fully solidifies in 1-3 hours. Curing occurs when there is insufficient air supply (the product is anaerobic).
