High Strengh Thread Locker Mannol BIS M20 Hochfest, 50g is a tool for fixing all types of threads (strong fixing): screws, nuts, pins, screws, etc. It prevents the self-unscrewing of the fastening elements due to increased loads and vibrations. Suitable for all threaded connections in all parts of cars, motorcycles, commercial vehicles, as well as in industry and in everyday life. It can be used to seal threads and narrow gaps, as well as as an anti-corrosion agent.

Properties:

- prevents loosening and firmly fixes metal threaded connections up to and including M20 in diameter;
- completely fills the gaps of the threads, seals them, preventing the leakage of oil, water, fuel, technical fluids and air, as well as corrosion;
- withstand high loads and vibrations: applicable in engines, transmissions, gearboxes;
- suitable for fixing bearings, support screws, pins and plugs;
- for M10 threads, it can withstand up to 38 N•m of torque;
- operating temperature range from -60 °C to +150 °C;
- applicable on greasy surfaces and on threads with galvanized coating;

Application: Apply evenly on the screw and nut. The connection is fixed in 10-20 minutes, it solidifies completely in 1-3 hours. Hardening takes place when there is insufficient air supply (the product is anaerobic).
