High-Level Disinfectant Klintensiv Oxoklin, 1L is a concentrated liquid that acts through an oxidation mechanism on a wide spectrum of microorganisms, including at low temperatures and in dirty conditions (organic residues: blood, pus, etc.). It disinfects hard surfaces in healthcare facilities, medical laboratories, public institutions (schools, nursing homes, hotels, gyms, conference rooms, airports, train stations, industrial halls, etc.) as well as those in the domestic sector. It disinfects instruments, devices, and medical equipment (sets for invasive/minimally invasive surgical interventions, dental interventions, endoscopes, laparoscopes) or other critical elements of these with an indication for chemical sterilization with peracetic acid, as well as textiles, including chemothermal at 60°C.

Instructions for use:

The product is diluted (1-5)% (v/v) for the ready-to-use solution, depending on the desired microbiological effectiveness.

Example of preparing a 3% (v/v) solution: use 30 ml of concentrated disinfectant and 970 ml of drinking/distilled water to obtain 1000 ml of ready-to-use solution.

For disinfecting surfaces, the product is applied directly by spraying or on a clean synthetic material cloth (polyester or polyethylene), in the form of a ready-to-use solution (1-5)% (v/v) and left to act between 5 and 15 minutes, depending on the desired microbiological effectiveness. Wipe the surface well. No rinsing is required after use on hard surfaces that are not in direct contact with patients.

Disinfection by total immersion of medical instruments (clean/dirty) is done by placing them in a solution of concentration (3-5)% (v/v), in a special basin equipped with a lid, for 5 to 15 minutes, depending on the desired microbiological effectiveness. At the end, the instruments are rinsed with sterile water.

For disinfecting textiles, a 5% (v/v) solution is prepared in which the textile materials are fully immersed for 15 minutes. Chemothermal disinfection at 60°C is carried out in automatic washing machines with automatic dosing systems. The equipment is set to introduce 1.2% (v/v) Oxoklin product and 0.6% (v/v) alkaline Klino detergent. The washing and disinfection time is 20 minutes, and the ratio of clothes:solution = 1:4.

Attention! Corrodes iron. Not recommended for use on copper materials. Not recommended for pre-disinfection of chrome and nickel instruments with visible signs of damage/wear.

Recommendations: during use, you must equip yourself appropriately: wear protective gloves, protective clothing, eye and face protection equipment. After use on larger surfaces (walls, floors), it is recommended to ventilate or air the room to eliminate the vinegar smell.
