Step 1:

Clean the headlights with "Glass Cleaner".
Use "1Shine Discs" and "Glass Cleaner" to remove any residue that could scratch the surface after sanding activities.
Protect the surrounding area.
Protect the paint on the hood and fenders to prevent accidental scratching. To do this, use adhesive tape that you carefully stick around the edge of the entire headlight.

Step 2:

Sanding: Start with the coarsest sandpaper (1500) and begin sanding; The surface must be pre-wetted with "Glass Cleaner". Work lengthwise (never in a circle) and follow the curvature of the headlight as closely as possible.
Continue sanding: Once the larger defects have been removed, dry the surface and check if it appears uniform. Now use the medium grit (2500) and continue wet sanding (wet surface) in opposite movements than before; this will remove traces of previous passes more quickly.
Dry the surface again and move on to the finest sandpaper (4000).

Step 3:

Now apply the "1Shine exterior surface" polish for headlights.
Spread the polish with circular motions, applying moderate pressure. Then remove excess polish with a cloth.
Repeat the polishing process until you achieve a transparent and uniform surface.

Step 4:

Apply sealant for car headlights.
Without proper sealing, the headlights will become dull and yellow again.
Clean the car headlight with "Glass Cleaner";
Apply the sealant with the "Heavy Work" microfiber cloth and distribute the agent with longitudinal movements. Try to create the most uniform film possible. Let the product dry well and repeat the process if necessary.
