Leather and Textile Waterproofing Colourlock, 200ml protects aniline leather, suede, nubuck and others that have open pores, but also textile materials against the formation of stains. Treated surfaces will repel water.

Textile materials, leather with open pores with a fibrous surface (nubuck, suede) and those with a smooth surface (aniline, buffalo leather) absorb liquids. The most exposed objects to the interaction with water are footwear, clothing, sunroofs and convertible ceilings of vehicles. Such materials can get wet and stain. Leather and Textile Waterproofing Colourlock, 200ml is an effective waterproofing solution for the protection of leather and textile materials against water and the formation of stains.

Application:

Spray on clean and dry surfaces from a distance of 40 cm in a thin and uniform layer. Then let it dry. If necessary, spray another layer on intensively used surfaces. After cleaning or washing, repeat the procedure. Please consider the danger warnings when using the products packaged in spray bottles.

Important:

Leather and Textile Waterproofing Colourlock, 200ml is not a product that offers total protection against the formation of all types of stains. Therefore, pay attention when using objects with light-colored surfaces!
Thin leathers with open pores are not suitable to be used in the rain or on muddy roads!
The longer the water drops stay on the surface, the faster they will pass through any protective layer.
In the case of friction, the moisture will pass through the protective layer.
Fatty and oily stains, chocolate, highly colored liquids or ink represent a real problem.
Act immediately when liquids come into contact with the surface and don't wait too long to wipe them off. Thus you will prevent their passage beyond the protective layer.
If the liquid has already passed the protective layer and the stain has formed, absorb immediately with a dry cloth by dabbing. Do not rub. Do not use wet cloths or inappropriate cleaning products. Let it dry and then consult a specialist in the field to remedy any remaining stains. Inadequate treatment will worsen the situation.
Through use and friction, the product will lose its effect and therefore must be reapplied. In case of rainy weather or the situation when the protection has not been renewed for a long time, check the surface by applying a little water. If the water starts to be absorbed, wipe it off immediately, let it dry and then apply Leather and Textile Waterproofing Colourlock, 200ml.
Leather and Textile Waterproofing Colourlock, 200ml does not have the property of hydration. For dry leathers with open pores, use Aniline Protector which is ideal for hydration and UV protection of such skins.
The amount of 200 ml is enough to treat a few pairs of shoes or a few jackets. The amount of 500 ml is sufficient to treat larger surfaces such as furniture. Leathers with very high porosity or very absorbent require a larger amount of product than those with lower porosity or that still have a protective film.
Aniline Protector Spray takes care of the leather against aging and drying.
