Field of use:

For cleaning the entire intake system. Recommended for preventive use during inspection. Suitable for vehicles with EGR valve (exhaust gas recirculation) and DPF (diesel particulate filter). Only suitable for use in diesel engines.

Way of ussage:

Access is created in the intake area. This should be as close as possible to the engine and after the air flow meter. Start the engine to start the cleaning process. If the engine cannot maintain speed with the intake pipe removed or cannot be started, disconnect the connector from the air meter with the engine off. In this case, the stored errors must be cleared from the engine control unit after cleaning using a suitable diagnostic device and the air meter must be set again, if necessary. It is sprayed inside it, in short bursts (2-3 seconds) with the engine started and allowed to run at 2000 rpm. Thanks to the long flexible hose, the entire intake manifold can be cleaned. In case of excessive increase in speed (>1000 rpm), the dosage is reduced. Make sure that the throttle valve cleaning solution does not come into contact with the air meter and painted components. In the case of persistent deposits on the EGR valve, in the intake manifold or on the intake valves, the cleaning can be repeated with a second dose. Let the engine run for about 20 seconds per minute. 2,000 rotations to burn the residues left in the intake manifold.
