Synthetic Aircraft Grease, Lithium Complet Thickener Mobil Mobilgrease 33, 16kg grease with a shelf life of 10 years, offering more than three times more than competitive greases of a similar type. Mobilgrease 33 is a high performance multipurpose grease, BMS3-33C, uniquely formulated with a proprietary blend of polyalphaolefin (PAO) base oils and lithium complex soap. Unlike other commercially available BMS3-33C greases, this unique formulation does not contain esters, offering superior performance and hydrolytic stability, excellent resistance to thermal and oxidative degradation and exceptional wear protection in high pressure environments, without unpleasant odor. Our ester-free blend offers exceptional performance in wet environments to resist water washout and evaporative loss, protecting the grease from the damaging effects of hydrolysis.

The complex thickening system with lithium provides excellent structural stability and resistance to water washing. Polyalphaolefin base oil is used in Mobilgrease 33 due to its exceptional thermal/oxidative resistance potential, low volatility and superb low temperature capability, without the potential vulnerability of ester base oil to degradation from reaction with water. Synthetic polyalphaolefin base oil offers excellent mobility/pumpability at low temperature and very low starting and operating torque values. In addition, Mobilgrease 33's state-of-the-art additive system provides superior rust and wear protection and load-carrying capability compared to aviation greases that meet the minimum requirements of MIL-PRF-23827 specification.
