Grease Mobil SHC Polyrex 222, 16kg is specially designed to improve productivity by solving lubrication problems at high temperatures both in general industry and in food processing applications. Developed using advanced Polyurea technology, these polymer-enhanced synthetic greases bring a high temperature solution to the market, while having a full NSF H1 registration.

The Grease Mobil SHC Polyrex 222, 16kg is designed to provide a combination of high temperature performance, excellent water resistance and balanced wear performance, consistent with Mobil grease products. Using advanced polyurea thickening technology, ExxonMobil researchers have developed a unique combination of synthetic oils that achieve excellent performance at high temperatures, capable of providing lubrication up to 170°C. Even at these extreme temperatures, Mobil SHC Polyrex resists oxidation and loss of structural stability, allowing extended relubrication intervals while maintaining equipment protection. The carefully balanced combination of thickening agents, base oils and additives provides a grease with excellent load carrying capabilities and protection against rust. Mobil SHC Polyrex is also highly water resistant and has excellent corrosion protection, providing additional protection for equipment in wet and humid environments and applications where water washing is frequent.

Grease Mobil SHC Polyrex 222, 16kg is a multifunctional grease, NLGI 2, recommended for simple and anti-friction bearings. Mobil SHC Polyrex 222 has a recommended operating temperature range from -30°C to 170°C.
